CorDx COVID-19 Ag Test
The CorDx COVID-19 Ag Test employs a lateral flow immunoassay device designed for the qualitative detection of nucleocapsid protein antigen from the SARS-CoV-2 virus, delivering results within a swift 10-minute timeframe.
Authorized for non-prescription home use, this test accommodates self-collected anterior nasal (nares) swab samples from individuals aged 14 years or older. Additionally, adult-collected anterior nasal (nares) swab samples from individuals aged two years or older are accepted.
The test is authorized for individuals exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms within the initial 7 days of symptom onset, provided they undergo testing at least twice over three days with a minimum 48-hour gap between tests. It is also authorized for individuals without symptoms or with other epidemiological reasons to suspect COVID-19, under the condition of testing at least three times over five days with at least 48 hours between each test.
